The new windows have modern triple insulating glazing (48 mm) with low-carbon iPlus technology and clear glass. As a result, our guests benefit from significantly better thermal insulation and a pleasant indoor climate - all year round.

We have also installed solar-powered ZIP awnings on all the windows. These block up to 96% of the sun's heat before it enters the room. ☀️

The combination of energy-efficient windows and modern shading creates a particularly comfortable and naturally tempered living climate - often even more pleasant than with air conditioning. 🌿
